Each product is specially made to order and handcrafted with care based on your purchase. Therefore, please carefully review all product details and measurements before placing your order.

Our Recommendations

  1. Please measure your available wall space before selecting a size to ensure the artwork fits your intended area. Images on the website are for illustration purposes only. For multi-panel artworks, the listed size reflects the total combined dimensions, not the size of each panel.

  2. For the most accurate color representation, we recommend viewing our listings on Apple devices, which display colors closest to the final printed result. PC monitors and other devices may display colors differently, and slight variations between screen colors and the product are natural and not a valid reason for return.

Processing & Shipping

All our products are made to order and shipped within 3-5 business days after purchase. Transactions are handled via FedEx, USPS, or Amazon Logistics, depending on the product type and destination.

  • Australia & Oceania: 10-12 business days

Tracking & Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Delivery status can be checked directly on the carrier's website. In rare cases, an order may show as "delivered" in the system but still be out for final delivery. Please verify the status on the carrier’s site before contacting us.

If an order is marked as delivered to the correct address by the shipping carrier (including delivery proof such as a photo), it is considered successfully delivered. In such cases, we cannot take responsibility for lost, stolen, or unreceived items. If the package was delivered to the wrong address due to a shipping error, we will gladly resend your order free of charge.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not provide return labels. Customers are responsible for obtaining a return label from any shipping carrier.

After your order has been shipped, tracking and delivery monitoring are entirely the customer’s responsibility. If you are curious about the status of your shipment, please check directly with the shipping carrier's website using your tracking number.

We are not liable for any delays caused by the shipping company, as once the package leaves our hands, it is no longer within our control. For any delivery issues, please reach out directly to the shipping carrier.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage, including the packaging. Once we review the images, we will gladly issue a replacement or a refund if applicable.

There is no need to return the damaged item – feel free to discard or donate it.

1. Returned item condition: Returned items must be returned in the original packaging exactly as received. Returns that are not packaged securely—especially if panels are placed face-to-face or in a way that may cause damage—will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued for such careless returns.

2. Stolen packages after delivery: Once the shipping carrier has delivered your order, we are not responsible for stolen items from doorsteps, garages, or other drop-off locations. In such cases, refunds, replacements, or returns are not accepted. Please ensure a secure delivery location.

3. Customized products: Any item featuring a name, logo, or personalized design cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled under any circumstances.

4. Product Colors Look Different Than on Screen: Canon specialists calibrate our print colors to achieve a 98% match with Apple device displays. This ensures that the colors you see on your screen are nearly identical to the final printed product. However, slight color differences may occur since screen brightness and contrast settings vary from device to device. These variations are natural and are not considered a valid reason for return. We recommend viewing our listings on Apple devices for the most accurate color representation.

5. The Size Was Larger/Smaller Than Expected: Returns for this reason are not accepted. All orders are prepared exactly according to the size selected by the customer. Therefore, returns based on personal preference or expectation are not eligible.

However, if the product was made in a size different from the one selected, and this difference is due to our error, returns or exchanges will be accepted. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

6. Multiple item orders: Only one item is eligible for return for orders containing multiple items. We do not accept returns for the entire order. These products are made-to-order, and knowingly placing an order to return part of it is not eligible for return under any circumstances.

7. Same product in different sizes or panels: If a customer orders the same product in different sizes or panel options to " see which one fits better and return the other,” we cannot accept the return request. Customs & Import Taxes

We offer free shipping and no shipping fees (USA & Canada). However, some countries may impose customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. These charges are not shipping fees and are the buyer's sole responsibility. Customs policies vary by country, and we are not responsible for additional charges or delays due to customs processing.
