Return & Refund Policy

Every piece is printed to order in our facility in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Please review the product details and the size you select before placing your order. Images on the website are for illustration purposes. For multi-panel artworks, the listed size is the total combined size, not the size of each panel.

Personalized and custom orders

Items made with your name, text, photo, map or any personalized design are made only for you. They cannot be returned, exchanged or canceled after production starts, unless the item arrives damaged or defective, or we made an error (see below).

Returns for non-personalized items

  • Send your return request to info@customcanvasprint.com within 7 days of delivery (the delivery date counts as day 1), with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Requests sent after the 7th day cannot be accepted.
  • The item must reach us within 30 days of the original delivery date, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer. We do not provide return labels.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund is issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@customcanvasprint.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage and the packaging. After we review the photos, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. You do not need to send the damaged item back.

Our error

If we made your item in a different size or design than you ordered, we will replace it or accept the return and cover the return shipping.

Order cancellations

Production starts shortly after your order is placed. Orders can be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns we cannot accept

  1. Items sent back without secure packaging and damaged in transit.
  2. Packages marked delivered by the carrier at the correct address and then stolen.
  3. Personalized or custom items, except for damage, defects or our error.
  4. Small color differences between your screen and the print. Screens show colors differently, so slight variations are normal.
  5. Size preference after the item was made in the size you selected.
  6. Ordering the same design in several sizes or panel options to return the ones you do not keep.
  7. Our products are prints, not hand painted artworks. This is stated on every product page.
