Returns & Damages
Non-personalized items can be returned. Send your request to info@customcanvasprint.com within 7 days of delivery. Personalized items are made only for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We send a replacement or issue a refund, and you do not need to send the damaged item back.
