Terms of Service

This website, customcanvasprint.com, is operated by Artisense Wall Art Print LLC, doing business as Custom Canvas Print ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Products

All products are printed to order in our Florida studio. Product images, mockups and room previews are for illustration only. Colors may look slightly different on different screens, and small variations between the screen and the printed product are normal. For multi-panel artwork, the listed size is the total combined size, not the size of each panel.

2. Personalized Orders

For personalized orders, you are responsible for the names, text, dates and photos you provide. Please check spelling carefully. We send a design proof within 12 hours after we receive your photos. If we do not hear back within 48 hours after the proof is sent, the order goes to print with the proof design.

By uploading photos or text, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them. We may refuse any order that contains content we consider unlawful, offensive, or that infringes the rights of others.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We may change prices, products or promotions at any time without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders and Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins. After production starts, orders cannot be canceled.

5. Shipping, Returns and Damages

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and damaged items are covered by our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, images and text on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied, resold or reproduced without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for delays caused by shipping carriers.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it is published.
