Upload your photo or artwork, choose matte canvas, glossy canvas or fine art paper, and we print it on professional Canon equipment in our own Florida studio. Every file is checked by a person for resolution, crop and color before it prints. If something looks off, we email you first.

Choose your surface

  • Matte canvas: soft, glare free finish that reads well from any angle. Printed on Canon Colorado M5W with UVgel ink.
  • Glossy canvas: deeper blacks and stronger color for bold images and night scenes. Printed on Canon Colorado M5W with UVgel ink.
  • Fine art paper: Hahnemühle Photo Rag pigment prints on Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-4100 with LUCIA PRO inks, for portfolios, editions and exhibitions. Shipped unframed.

Every piece is printed to order in Florida. Production takes 1-3 business days after purchase, or after your design proof is approved (or 48 hours after the proof is sent if we do not hear back) for personalized orders. Delivery usually takes 1-6 business days within the United States and 5-8 business days to Canada after shipping. Standard shipping is free on all US and Canadian orders, with no minimum or upper order value limit. For other supported destinations, shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Returns & Damages

Non-personalized items can be returned. Send your request to info@customcanvasprint.com within 7 days of delivery. Personalized items are made only for you and cannot be returned for a change of mind. Damage, defects and errors made by us are covered by our return policy.

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We send a replacement or issue a refund, and you do not need to send the damaged item back.

Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water or cleaning products on the print surface. Hang away from direct sunlight and high humidity to keep colors vivid for years.
